It is reported on the recent research using resonant ionization spectroscopy (RIS) and resonant ionization mass spectroscopy (RIMS) to detect the photodissociation product of Rubidium iodide molecules in a molecular beam in an intense laser field. Time of flight mass spectra is recorded. In particular, the appearances of multiphoton ionization are discussed.

Conclusion the antisense TGFα expressing vector can block the target gene expression, suppress the cell growth and partially reverse the malignant phe- notype of pancreatic carcinoma cells. Objective to observe the effects of antisense TGFα on the growth of human pancreatic carcinoma cell line cells. Methods A recombinant retroviral vector ex- pressing antisense TGFαwas constructed, and trans- fected the ecotropic packaging cell line ψ-2 with lipo- fectin. After the amphotropic packaging cell line PA317 was transfected with the virus supernatant of ψ-2, the replication-defective, amphotropic retroviral supernatant was used to infect human pancreatic carcinoma cell line PC-7.

The overexpres- sion of MDM2 protein has a negative regulating role in wtp53-induced apoptosis in PC-2 cell. Objective-To investigat the effects of wild-type Pd53 (wtp53) on inducing apoptosis by restoring wtp53 Expression in pancreatic adenocarcinoma cell line (PC-2) which contains mutant p53, and the interaction between murine double minute-2 (MDM2) and wtp53 in pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Canada is abundant in oil sands. The most present statistics indicates that Canada owns the proven reserves of oil sands as much as 175 billion barrels and is producing oil from sands at the rate of over 100 million barrel/day. Boosted by surging international oil price, large-scale development of oil sands in Canada attracts more and more attention from the industry. During the past two years, several Chinese oil giants had also invested in Canada's energy sector, promoting the Sino-Canada energy cooperation into a new stage. Therefore, it is safe to conclude that the energy cooperation between the two countries has good foundation and brilliant future.

Микробное разнообразие и активность в системах нефтяных коллекторов могут быть изменены в результате заводнения, но существующее понимание механизма таких изменений характеристик микробного состава и сообщества является недостаточным. В этом исследовании микробные сообщества, особенно функциональные группы, в технической воде из пяти нефтяных коллекторов в Китае были исследованы с помощью химического и молекулярно-биологического анализов. Коррозия под микробиологическим воздействием (MIC) была исследована для функциональных групп в каждой производственной воде. Скорость коррозии в технической воде была выше, чем в контроле, что имело положительную корреляцию с численностью сульфатредуцирующих прокариот (SRP).
